Pineapple – Peach – Strawberry – Punch

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can pineapple, sliced
  • 1 can peach(s), halved
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 liter of white, dry wine
  • some sugar
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

Halve the strawberries and marinate them in a little white wine with a very small amount of sugar. Cut the peaches into wedges and the pineapple slices into small pieces. Marinate the peach slices and pineapple pieces in the remaining white wine. Then add the strawberries. Let the fruit mixture infuse for another two to three hours in the refrigerator. Top up with cold sparkling wine just before serving. *Cheers*
