Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 melon(s)
  • 2 apples
  • 200 g grapes
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine
  • 2 kiwis

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

served in a melon

Cut open the top of the melon, then carefully scoop out the fruit. Save the flesh. Then chop all the fruit into small pieces and fill the melon with the chopped pieces. Top with sparkling wine. And the salad is ready.
