Apple muffins with jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 90 ml oil
  • 125 ml milk
  • 50 ml soy milk (soy drink) (alternatively use milk)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 apple, sweet, red
  • n. B. Jam of your choice
  • 100 g oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very juicy and not too sweet – enough for 12 pieces

Combine all the dry ingredients and mix. Then whisk together the oil, milk, soy milk, and egg. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mix well, and let it swell slightly. Meanwhile, peel the apple, cut it into small pieces, and add it to the batter (you can also add a few raisins if you like). Spoon the batter into prepared muffin tins and place a dollop of jam in the center of each muffin. Place the muffins in the preheated oven and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
