Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 1 package of butter
- 1 cup processed cheese with herbs
- 1 cup cream cheese with herbs
- 1 pack of chives (frozen), or fresh
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 4 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
It’s best to cream the butter first. Then mix in the other ingredients. If you mix all the ingredients together at once, the butter won’t be smooth. The result won’t look as good. This recipe makes about two bowlfuls. I always have some leftovers, so don’t overcook it.
