Feta cheese – butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of butter
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Let the butter soften at room temperature. Place it in a bowl and crumble in the feta cheese. Add salt and pepper and mix thoroughly with a mixer. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a day for a better flavor. Highly recommended on fresh bread during barbecue season.
