Almond-Mango Sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 jar of Miracle Whip (Miracle Balance is also great)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 bag(s) almond(s), flakes
  • 1 jar mango chutney
  • 1 yogurt (organic yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp curry powder, more to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fondue sauce/dip/spread

Blend the mayonnaise, yogurt, and mango chutney until smooth. Mango chutney is usually chunky, so use a hand blender. Finely dice a medium onion and fold it into the creamy mixture along with the flaked almonds. Finally, stir in plenty of curry powder until the mixture reaches a rich color. 2 to 3 tablespoons should be enough; use more if you like! The almond mango sauce will keep in the refrigerator for a good 4-5 days. It will keep longer if frozen.
