Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml Fanta
  • 150 g flour
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ bowl of blueberries, washed, approx. 125 g each
  • 2 tbsp Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the first three ingredients, except for the blueberries and Nutella, into a pancake-like, runny batter. Pour the batter into a grease-free, hot pan. Do not use any fat, oil (or olive oil at most), or butter for frying; the mirof needs to set! Let the mirof set over medium heat, then add the blueberries. Once it has set, push the pancake through the pancakes with a spatula. Continue cooking until the mirof is cooked through, but not too firm. Serve the mirof; if possible, add 2 tablespoons of Nutella.
