Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 m.-sized apples
- 1 egg(s) (size L)
- 100 g apple sauce (apple-mango puree) or other fruit puree
- 2 tbsp muesli
- some thyme, dried
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp, levelled lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with apple and mango pulp – unusual, but really worth a try
Cut the apples, peeled, into small pieces (about the size of a thumb) and sauté briefly. Whisk the egg with the apple-mango puree, add the muesli, and stir into the pan with the apples. Cook everything for a few minutes, then season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and, at the very end, thyme (fresh is fine). Serve with bread rolls. Zucchini also goes well with the dish.
