Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 20 cl pineapple juice
  • 20 cl nectar (passion fruit)
  • 5 cl syrup (pomegranate syrup)
  • 1 shot of whipped cream (alternatively a dollop of spray cream)
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place 2-3 ice cubes in a shaker. Then, add 20 cl pineapple juice, 20 cl passion fruit juice, and 5 cl pomegranate syrup. Top with a dash of whipped cream or a dollop of whipped cream, then shake. Pour into two glasses and serve.
