Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1,000 g meat sausage
- 4 cans of tomatoes
- 2 cups sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 650 g rice or noodles
- 1 large onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the sausage into coarse or fine pieces (depending on your taste). Chop the onion and sauté it in a pan with oil. Then add the sliced sausage to the pan and fry lightly. Meanwhile, chop the canned tomatoes and add them to the sausage. Bring to a boil briefly, add the 2 cups of sour cream, and stir. Season with salt and pepper. While you cook the pasta or rice, continue to simmer the sausage goulash on low heat.
