  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 550 g carrot(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • e.g. parsley
  • Butter or margarine for frying

Instructions

Peel and slice the carrots. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and dice the potatoes. Sauté the diced onion and the minced meat in melted butter or margarine without seasoning. Add the sliced ​​carrots and potatoes and top up with the broth. Let everything simmer for about 25-30 minutes. Finally, add the cup of cream. Season to taste and stir in as much parsley as you like. Serve immediately.
