Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 liter of broth
  • 1 can of corn
  • Salt and pepper as needed
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small can of tomatoes
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, cut into rings
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 150 g processed cheese (herbs)
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp marjoram
  • Tabasco as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Dice the onions and fry them with the minced meat, stirring occasionally. Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally, season with Tabasco to taste.
