Minced meat rice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 4 tsp oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 250 g rice
  • 750 ml broth
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Fry the onions in oil in a pan. Add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until tender. Add the tomato paste and rice, then add the broth and cook until tender.
