Super chocolate cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g chocolate (dark chocolate)
  • 300 g butter
  • 150 g flour
  • 400 g sugar
  • 9 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very fast and easy

Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Be careful not to let any water get into the mixture! Combine the eggs, flour, and sugar with a mixer. Slowly mix the melted chocolate butter with the eggs, sugar, and flour. Pour the batter into a springform pan and bake for 40 minutes at 160°C.
