Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g chicken breast, shredded
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tbsp Ajvar, hot
- oregano
- basil
- Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 pinch(s) vegetable broth, instant
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
ideal as a bread accompaniment or spread, delicious hot and cold
Brown the minced meat in hot olive oil, peel and halve the garlic clove, and fry for about 5 minutes, then remove. Season with oregano, basil, and a little salt and pepper. Cook until browned to your liking. Pour in the milk, add the ajvar, and simmer over low heat until creamy. Season with 1-2 pinches of vegetable stock powder. Serve with fresh bread.
