Pasta stew with apple sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 40 g margarine
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g pasta (spirals)
  • 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • e.g. applesauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

All children’s favorite food

Finely chop the onion. Heat the margarine in a saucepan. Sauté the onion and ground beef until lightly browned. Then simply add the pasta, broth, and tomato paste to the pan. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes without opening it. Be sure to serve the applesauce with it. The taste is simply delicious. We serve it directly on the plate so the kids can mix it in more easily.
