  • 4 onions
  • 40 g butter
  • 500 g savoy cabbage
  • 200 g spaetzle
  • salt water
  • 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • Caraway seeds
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Sauté the sliced ​​onions in butter in a large pot until translucent. Cook the spaetzle in salted water according to the instructions and drain. Cut the savoy cabbage into strips, wash it, and add it to the onions with the seasoning for another 10 minutes. Layer the spaetzle, savoy cabbage, and cheese in a greased baking dish. Then bake on the lowest rack of the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
