Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g cottage cheese
- 140 g corn
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g flour
- oregano
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 3 g coconut oil

Place the cottage cheese and corn in a bowl. Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the bowl. Add the flour and a little oregano and mix thoroughly. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and form the patties onto them. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 25 minutes. Remove the sheet from the oven briefly and let the patties cool. Turn the patties with a spatula and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes, until the desired browning is achieved. In the meantime, wash the bell pepper, dice it, and fry it in a pan with the coconut oil. Serve the patties with the bell pepper mixture.
