Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 melon(s) , with yellow flesh
- 20 slice(s) ham, raw
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- pepper
- Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
a refreshing starter
Cut the melon into thin slices, remove the seeds, and remove the rind (you may want to add some more pieces). Whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice. Place the ham on 4 plates or a platter and arrange the melon slices on top. Season with pepper and drizzle with the sauce. Using a vegetable peeler, grate the Parmesan cheese over the melon and enjoy.
