Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g ladyfingers
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 100 ml coffee
  • n. B. cocoa powder
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Berries as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Grind the sponge fingers in a blender and then mix with the mascarpone and coffee. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Shape the mixture into small balls with your hands and roll in cocoa powder. Refrigerate until ready to serve. In the meantime, whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Serve the cream with the balls. Garnish with berries, if desired.
