Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 100 ml liqueur (Liqueur 43)
- 4 tbsp sugar or vanilla sugar
- ½ stalk(s) vanilla
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 4 ladyfingers
- some chocolate shavings or chocolate sprinkles

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and set aside. Using a hand mixer, combine the yogurt, sugar, vanilla bean pulp, lemon zest, and about half of the liqueur. Then carefully fold in about 3/4 of the whipped cream. Fill four dessert glasses with roughly diced sponge cake, about thumb-deep, and drizzle with liqueur. Spread half of the cream on top. Add another layer of sponge cake and drizzle with liqueur. Divide the remaining cream between the glasses. Place a dollop of cream on each glass and decorate with chocolate shavings or sprinkles. Tip: If desired, you can also decorate with differently colored sprinkles, a sprig of lemon balm, or lemon zest.
