Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 6 ladyfingers
  • 2 tsp liqueur (elderflower liqueur)
  • 1 tbsp syrup (elderflower syrup)
  • 3 tbsp dessert sauce (elderflower and blackcurrant fruit sauce)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quark and various elderberry products

Halve the sponge fingers and drizzle with the elderflower liqueur. Whisk together the quark and the remaining ingredients. Layer the sponge fingers and quark mixture in a dessert glass. Decorate with mint, cinnamon, or chocolate sprinkles.
