Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cup(s) oatmeal
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts of your choice
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup honey
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon, level or heaped to taste
  • n. B. Wafers

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 21 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 21 hours 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Mix all ingredients together in the correct order. Drop tablespoon-sized heaping spoonfuls onto wafers and bake at 160°C for 20-30 minutes.
