  • 2 packs of butter biscuits
  • 1 can condensed milk, sweetened (Milkmaid)
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cake icing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

super easy and delicious

Crush both packages from a large package of butter cookies with a wooden spoon. Mix the crushed cookies with the condensed milk, desiccated coconut, and milk, then press into a greased or parchment-lined loaf pan. Spread the icing on top and refrigerate the cake. This recipe also works with any other cookies, Oreos, or wafers.
