Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g spaghetti or other pasta
  • 30 g butter
  • 200 g cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small red bell pepper(s)
  • 5 tbsp mixed herbs, e.g. wild garlic, chives, parsley, olive herb etc.
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wonderfully simple and super delicious

Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain. Melt butter in the same pot, add cream, and bring to a boil. Turn off heat. Stir in eggs, finely diced bell peppers, and finely chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the hot pasta and serve immediately.
