Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 romaine lettuce hearts
  • 300 g tomatoes, small sweet or cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 100 g mozzarella or feta
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • Parsley
  • basil
  • chives
  • cress
  • olive oil
  • herbal vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • herbal salt
  • Herbs (salad), dried and chopped
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the vegetables into small pieces. Tear the fresh herbs and mix everything together. Make a creamy dressing from oil, vinegar, spices, dried salad herbs, and mustard. Pour over the salad.
