Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 romaine lettuce hearts
- 300 g tomatoes, small sweet or cherry tomatoes
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 100 g mozzarella or feta
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- Parsley
- basil
- chives
- cress
- olive oil
- herbal vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- herbal salt
- Herbs (salad), dried and chopped
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Salt
- Pepper, white
Instructions

Chop the vegetables into small pieces. Tear the fresh herbs and mix everything together. Make a creamy dressing from oil, vinegar, spices, dried salad herbs, and mustard. Pour over the salad.
