Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g raspberries
  • 120 g blueberries
  • 150 ml cherry juice, cold
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

For 350 ml

Carefully wash the raspberries and blueberries and pat dry. Place both in a blender along with 50 ml of cherry juice and puree. Add 1-2 tablespoons of honey to taste, top up with the remaining cherry juice, and blend again. Serve cold, garnishing with fresh fruit, if desired.
