Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g sugar
- 300 g flour
- 4 egg yolks
- 200 g butter, soft
- 100 g walnuts, ground
- 500 g currants, red
- 4 egg whites
- 200 g powdered sugar

Combine powdered sugar, flour, egg yolks, butter, and walnuts to form a dough (very sticky). Spread or roll it out on a baking sheet to a thickness of 1/2 cm. Bake at approximately 175°C (fan oven) until light brown. Beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form and mix with the currants. Spread over the cake and return to the oven with the “spread” until the surface is lightly browned.
