  • possibly garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain the mushrooms. Brown the minced meat in oil, add the tomato paste, and then the mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, the minced meat seasoning, and garlic pepper. Add a little water, stir, and simmer briefly. Slice the tomatoes. Layer the pasta, minced meat, tomatoes, and 4 slices of Emmental cheese in a greased casserole dish as follows: pasta, minced meat, tomatoes, and 4 slices of Emmental cheese. Then mix the eggs, cream, and chives together, season with salt and pepper, and pour evenly over the top. Cover and cook in a preheated oven on the middle rack for 40-45 minutes at 200-220°C. Remove the lid for the last 5-10 minutes. Tip: For a more flavorful flavor, fry diced shallots or onions with the minced meat, or add garlic if you like. You can also replace the processed cheese slices with grated Emmental cheese.
