Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g chicken strips
- 100 g beef strips
- 100 g pork strips
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 zucchini
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- 3 tbsp basil, frozen
- 250 g pasta
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Sear the meat on all sides in a high pan. Dice the onion and sear it too. Chop the vegetables, add them, and sauté for 10 minutes. Then add the tomato paste and sauté lightly. Deglaze with the vegetable stock. Season with salt, pepper, and chili. Place the pasta in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Scatter the basil over it and top with the sliced mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes on the middle rack.
