Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g tortellini
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 cans of tomatoes, pureed
- 2 onions
- 200 g cooked ham
- 5 mushrooms
- 200 g cheese, grated
- n. B. Herbs, Italian
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Dice the onion and ham and fry in oil. Slice the mushrooms and fry them as well. Meanwhile, cook the tortellini according to the package instructions and then place them in a baking dish. Add the minced meat to the onions and mushrooms and fry until cooked through. Then add the passata and season well with the Italian herbs. Then pour the sauce into the baking dish with the tortellini, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes.
