Semolina dumplings for beef soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 4 tbsp semolina
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Nutmeg, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix oil, egg and semolina until smooth, season with salt and nutmeg, let it swell for 15 minutes, then cut out dumplings and let them simmer in clear, no longer boiling beef broth for 15 minutes.
