Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 2 packs of cheese (toast cheese)
  • 150 g ham
  • Basil, (dried)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper, fry in oil, and then layer them in a baking dish. Slice the tomatoes, season with salt, and basil, and arrange them on top of the chicken breasts. Top with ham first, then toasted cheese. Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C. Serve with fried potatoes, vegetables, or simply baguette.
