Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potatoes
- ¾ liter water, salted
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
- 750 g beans, green, fresh, or 600 g frozen beans
- 100 ml sweet cream
- 1 tsp savory or to taste
- 250 g turkey breast slices
- n. B. Pepper, white, freshly ground
- possibly salt if needed

Cut the peeled potatoes into large pieces and boil them in three-quarters of a liter of salted water for 15-20 minutes. Puree the potatoes in the boiling water using a hand blender and season the soup with broth. Meanwhile, trim and wash the beans and boil them in boiling water for 20 minutes (frozen beans only for 15 minutes). Drain the bean water and briefly baste the beans with cold water to retain their green color. Drain and add to the potato broth. Stir in the cream, finely chopped savory, and diced turkey breast. Return the stew to the heat and season with pepper and salt, if desired.
