A delicious recipe from my aunt – quick, easy, simply delicious!

Peel the potatoes and carrots, dice them, and cook them in a large pot with plenty of broth, ensuring the potatoes and carrots are well covered. Meanwhile, fry the minced meat in a pan until browned and crumbly. Season well with pepper, salt, and paprika, and possibly some meat seasoning. Once the potatoes and carrots are cooked, drain half of the broth and reserve it. Then add the minced meat to the pot. Keep warm over low heat and mix everything together. Then fold in the sour cream. You can add some of the reserved broth again if desired. The dish should have a nice “mushy” consistency.
