Salmon fillet fried and baked

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp oil (sesame)
  • 1 onion(s), quartered
  • 3 cloves garlic, halved
  • 1 sprig of oregano
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 ml white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 120 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat sesame oil in a pan, season the fillets with salt and pepper, and sear on both sides. At the same time, add the fish, onion, garlic, and oregano to the pan. When the fillets are cooked, deglaze with wine and add chopped parsley and dill. Then add the cream. Bring to a boil and let it simmer once. Remove from heat, sprinkle grated cheese over the fillets, and bake in the oven at 250 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. Serve with fragrant rice.
