Pepper and corn salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 2 onions
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the corn. Quarter the bell peppers, remove the seeds, wash, and slice them into thin strips. Peel and finely dice the onions. Mix everything in a bowl with the Miracle Whip.
