warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream, without eggs
Combine flour, 10g sugar, margarine, cinnamon, salt, and water with a dough hook and chill the dough for 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and then place it in a springform pan, generously extending over the edge. Peel and core the apples, cut them into thin slices, and mix them with lemon juice, vanilla sugar, and 250g sugar. Let them rest for a while. Pour the apple mixture onto the dough and cover with the excess dough, ensuring there are no gaps. Trim off any excess dough. Knead it again if necessary and use it to decorate the cake (but this is not necessary). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 45 minutes. Serve the warm apple cake with vanilla ice cream!
