Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • ½ liter of water
  • 2 onions, thick
  • 2 cans of mushrooms
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 500 g bell pepper(s) (pointed peppers)
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 2 packs of ready-made mix for chili con carne

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the minced meat, add ½ liter of water, and simmer gently. Then stir in the seasoning powder and continue simmering. Next, add the 2 onions, the mushrooms, the red beans, the pointed peppers, and the diced potatoes. Continue simmering until everything is nice and firm to the bite. Season to taste, if desired.
