Velvety potato soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml water
  • 350 ml milk
  • 1 pack of mashed potatoes
  • 125 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 1 tbsp broth
  • pepper
  • 4 sausages (Wiener)
  • 1 cup of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the water and milk to a boil. Sprinkle in the puree powder and bring to a boil briefly. Stir in the cream cheese until dissolved. Season with broth and pepper. Add the cream and the sausages. Bring to a boil again briefly and wait until the sausages are hot. Toasted bread cubes in the soup are delicious.
