Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 30 ml Amaretto
- Sugar, to taste
- 100 g ladyfingers (ladyfingers)
- 1 orange(s), the juice, possibly 2
- 20 ml Amaretto
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the quark, yogurt, and amaretto until creamy. Combine the orange juice and amaretto. Break the ladyfingers into small pieces. Divide 1/3 of the cream between dessert cups. Dip half the ladyfingers into the juice and place them on top of the cream. Repeat this process once more, finishing with the cream. If you have any leftover orange juice, pour it over the desserts.
