Blueberry – Apple – Crisp

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • ½ package blueberries, frozen
  • 3 large apples, sour
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 90 g sugar
  • 70 g butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blueberry-Apple-Crumb

Cut the apples into thin slices and arrange them in a greased baking dish. Top with blueberries. Drizzle with the cream. Make a crumble from the remaining ingredients and spread it over the fruit. Bake at 200°C (400°F) on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
