Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

tender schnitzels that are quickly prepared

Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper. Whisk the egg in a deep plate. Separately add the flour and coconut flakes to the plate. First coat the schnitzels in flour on all sides, shaking off any excess. Then dip them in the egg and finally press them into the coconut flakes on all sides. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the breaded turkey schnitzels until they are golden yellow. The schnitzels are delicious both hot and cold. I also like to serve them on a buffet. I cut the schnitzels into smaller pieces; it looks prettier and they are also suitable as finger food. They taste great with chutneys; I have tried various types.
