Chocolate hummus

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 100 g date(s), dried
  • 30 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp hazelnut butter
  • some vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Drain the chickpeas and place them in a blender. Soak the dates in a little hot water for 10 minutes and add them along with the liquid. Blend all ingredients and pour into a jar. Keep refrigerated for up to a week.
