Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 thick zucchini
- 6 tsp ajvar
- 6 slices of cheese (Chester)
- Oil for frying
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat oil in a pan. Peel the zucchini and cut into approximately 2 cm thick slices. Fry the zucchini slices on both sides until golden brown and al dente. Then brush each slice with a teaspoon of ajvar and top with a slice of Cheshire cheese. Season with pepper and let stand on the hot stovetop until the cheese has melted evenly.
