Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

very quick, very easy and very tasty

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Place the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemonade/sparkling water in a bowl and beat for about 7 minutes, until the mixture has tripled in size and has a foamy consistency. Now mix the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and fold into the remaining batter along with the beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into a lightly greased springform pan and bake for 20 minutes. After baking, let the base cool and prepare the strawberries by washing, trimming the stems, and halving them. Then place the strawberries on the base and prepare the glaze according to the package instructions. To do this, mix 250 ml of cold water with the sugar and glaze powder and bring to a boil briefly. Let cool briefly and then spread over the strawberries.
