Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 8 gherkins
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 slices of processed cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Salad Cream (Thousand Island)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the ground beef with pepper and salt and sauté with the chopped onion. Chop the iceberg lettuce and cucumbers. Add the cucumbers to the pan briefly to warm through. Then pour the ground beef over the salad and scatter the melted cheese pieces over the salad. Dress the salad as desired.
