Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp wild garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp mustard, hot
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

Mix everything together and chill for about 4 hours. Roll up if desired and then slice to serve.
