Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g Greek yogurt
- possibly honey
- ½ small Galia melon
- 2 tbsp almonds
- some brown cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Stir the yogurt until smooth. If desired, stir in honey. Halve the Galia melon, remove the seeds, and scoop out balls. Alternatively, cut into cubes. Lightly toast the almonds in a dry pan, then add the sugar and let it melt. Mix everything well. Now layer the dessert in glasses: Pour in the yogurt, then drape the melon pieces. Finally, sprinkle the brittle over the top.
