Pasta pan with chicken and vegetables in hollandaise sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g broccoli
  • 250 g cauliflower
  • 250 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 250 g pasta
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

The dish can also be prepared vegetarian.

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Boil the broccoli and cauliflower in water for about 10 minutes. Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems, and slice them. Dice the chicken and heat it in a wok. Once lightly seared, add the mushrooms and sauté. Stir in the broccoli, cauliflower, and pasta and season well. Add the hollandaise sauce and heat through.
